|Sun 26 Jan||‘WALK HAFOD – SOUTH-EAST UPLANDS’
with leader Red Liford
Meet at Hafod car park, Cwmystwyth GR 769737 at 10 am
Route length is 9.6 miles, including 1½ miles of rough grassland and 1500′ of climb. Dologau, Coed Bwlchgwallter, siource of the Teifi, Lan-ddu Fawr, Esgair Embor, Rhos Tanchwarel, Tŷ Coch, and the Alpine Bridge.
Bring sturdy boots, hat, gloves and waterproofs.

- PARTICIPATION: Participants in these walks must be CMS members for insurance reasons. If you aren’t a member and would like to participate in a CMS walk, please visit the membership page, where you can join on-line, or print a membership form to bring along on the day, with your subscription payment, and give to a Society official.
- WEATHER: will influence the nature of the walks and may necessitate changes. Please check with leaders beforehand if you have any queries. Suitable walking gear is essential. Bring a packed lunch and drink.
- DOGS: Because of livestock, dogs are not permitted on some walks – please contact leader in advance. When dogs are permitted they should be kept on a lead unless the walk leader agrees otherwise.
