CMS MEMBERS’ WALK

PUMLUMON

Leader: Red Liford
Length: 10 miles / 1750′ climb
Start time: 09.30
Start location: Car park at Nant-y-moch dam, grid reference 756 862

Red will lead this ascent of Plynlimon with a route rather different from the usual choice. The approach will be via Y Garn, and the total length will be 10 miles. The first 1½ miles and 1100 feet of climb  will be over some rough grassland. Definitely a strenuous outing but, as Red says, “if clear, it will be a fantastic walk.”

Red’s phone number is 01974 282672
