Mynydd y Gwynt planning application withdrawn

Mynydd y Gwynt wind farm planning application was withdrawn just before the 22nd May deadline by which the National Infrastructure Planning Inspectorate had to decide whether to accept the application. The withdrawal letter suggests that the applicants had been advised by NIPI that the application was unacceptable as it stood, and that they will revise and resubmit.

More info at the NIPI website, where you can also sign up to receive notifications about the progress of the application, including an alert when registration (to object) opens. CMS will also keep you informed.
