People & Pine Martens in Wales

This project of the Vincent Wildlife Trust is being led by David Bavin, and has recorded a number of credible pine marten sightings, with an appreciable concentration around the upland forests in the Cambrian Mountains, east of the Rheidol valley, and in the areas around Llangurig and Hafren Forest. David is doing fieldwork in many other areas, but it is a very elusive species and he needs all the help he can get. Click here for more about the project, and opportunities to get involved.
